Long track speed skating? It's a crazy, fast, ice sport that Canadians have a history of dominating. We skate on a 400m oval, in long skates, wearing fast suits. We train all year, full time. Ice, bike, weights, repeat.

All female? Team Xiuli is made up of six elite women from across the country. Not only does this make us unique in CANADA, we're also one of few around the world.

Team Xiuli? Xiuli Wang is our super star coach, and the mama goose to our team. In addition to raising some wicked fast women of the past (including Clara Hughes, Christine Nesbitt, Kristina Groves), she's got some world championships under her own belt. Check her out here!
